Diagnostic test for Feline Relaxin – Pregnancy (FRL)

Relaxin is a specific hormone generated mainly by the placenta (syncytiotrophoblast). It is usually used as an indicator of pregnancy status in female cats. In pregnant cats, relaxin can be detected on the Day 25 of gestation. The Feline Relaxin Pregnancy Rapid Test detects relaxin in queens that may be pregnant. The suggested detection period is 25-32 days after mating. Too early detection may lead to a negative result when relaxin in serum or plasma is too low. It is suggested to repeat the test after 1 week if a negative result was observed.

With REDTEST Rapid Feline Pregnancy Relaxin Test you can check if your female cat is pregnant.
